If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please inform us via email with attached photographs within 48 hours of delivery. In order to return an item, you must return within 14 days of delivery (this window is extended around holidays) and we will provide instructions. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original Kandhi packaging.
